How do I get started?
Beginning counseling can be a very vulnerable and scary prospect, which is why I offer a 10-minute consultation at no charge. Schedule here!
If you decide to move forward, you will receive an email directing you to my client portal to begin filling out new client paperwork. There you can complete your new client intake forms where you tell me a bit more about what you are looking to work on in therapy and take a few (short) assessments that give a little more background.
Please note that I do not provide crisis counseling. If you are in need of emergency crisis counseling, please dial 9-8-8.
In case of mental health emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room
Schedule Online
New clients can request a 10-minute no-cost consultation and existing clients can schedule new appointments.
All appointments for Washington clients will be virtual. Beginning November 1, in-person appointments will be available in Allen, TX. 🎉
Appointments can be scheduled up to three days in advance and three months into the future.
Lyra Health Clients: Please select the appointment type with Lyra descriptor. Extended sessions are not available for Lyra clients at this time.
Please note that online scheduling is not to be used for emergencies or crisis counseling.

Counseling Fees
I offer individual and group counseling for clients aged 18 and up. Please note, that I do not offer child, family or couples counseling.
Initial Assessment
$225 for a 75-minute intake session
Ongoing Sessions
$175 for ongoing 50-minute sessions
$225 for 75 minute extended sessions
Session fees are billed at the time of service using the credit card on file.
I am contracted as a Lyra Health provider and also accept vouchers from The Loveland Foundation
I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies.
In the event that you will not be able to keep an appointment, you must notify me 48 hours in advance. If I do not receive 48 hours advance notice, you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of $100.00 for the session that you missed. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee of $175.00.
